Privacy

Information collected

• Mailing list and contact form: name, email address or phone number, and the contents of any message.
• Site visits: pages viewed, time, referring site, browser, device type, IP address, and approximate location.

Use

Contact details are used to send show announcements and to reply to messages. Visit information is used to count visits and see how people find the site.

Cookies

One first-party cookie, v, holds a random identifier used to count repeat visits. It expires after 13 months and is not linked to contact details.

Do Not Track

Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal are not given the cookie, and an existing one is removed. Their visits are counted without being linked across days.

Sharing

Information is not sold or shared. Service providers that host the site and deliver messages process it on our behalf. There is no advertising or third-party analytics, and no third party tracks visitors across other sites.

Retention

Visit records are deleted after one year; only daily totals are kept after that. Contact details are kept until deletion is requested.

Reply NOPE to any text to stop texts. To see, correct or delete your information, use the contact page.

Changes are posted here with a new date.
